But unless you take the time to understand what happens during the sale, you may find yourself floundering unsuccessful, out of time, out of marketing money, with no sale in sight. Skipping over checkpoints as a seller can be disastrous in the loss of thousands of dollars in equity, a sale that falls, or a lawsuit against you by a disgruntled buyer.

 

There are six distinct checkpoints to assist and guide you through the process.
