What Are Your Hours Of Operation?
Monday - Friday between 9:00 am & 5:00 pm, with the exception of holidays. Even when we are not in the office, we monitor our e-mail. You can also leave a message at (315) 765-0509, a Bella Casa Consultant will return your call when we become available.
What Payment Methods Are Accepted?
We accept payment via Paypal, Cash, Personal Check, Certified Check or Money Order.
How Long Will It Take For My Listing To Appear?
Listings typically take 24 hours (during business hours) to appear after you have completed the process. In the busy Spring season, it can take 2-3 business days. If you are choosing our Internet Only Package and you are sending in your own photos, the listing is typically posted the next business day.
What Formats are Accepted And How Many Photos Can I List?
You are required to have at least one (1) exterior photo. You can add up to (20) additional photos, interior or exterior. Photo formats accepted are: JPEG format. If they are oversized, you will need to resize them.
What If I Don't Have My Photos Yet?
All listings are required to have at least one exterior photo of your home for the main photo to list your property and at least six photos within one week. If you do not have your additional photos ready, we will list your property with the main photo and we can add more photos when they become available. Once your additional photos are ready, simply email them to us, indicating the address of your property for sale or rent, and we will add them to your listing. However, if you are unable to provide your required six photos, we will take your photos for you (please see our a' la carte menu of services for prices, an extra driving charge may apply).
Can Changes Be Made Once My Listing Is Live?
Changes can be made at any time. Open Houses can be changed on Tuesdays before the weekend of the scheduled Open House. All revisions must be submitted via email at BellaCasa@Rediscovercny.com
We strive to maintain a professional looking website, and therefore editing changes are made directly by our office to ensure the quality of the content in the listings. If you have a change to make, please e-mail us anytime.
What Determines A Home's Selling Success?
Success rate changes depending on the time of the year. The spring season welcomes our busiest time of the year. This lowers slightly during the slower Seasons but it depends on many other factors: How high is the house is priced? What is the location of the home, conditions of the home, number of other similar homes for sale?
How Can I determine The Market Value Of My Property?
The truth is, Buyers determine the market value of your property. Today, virtually all buyers are highly informed and will be prepare a market analysis on any home they decide to purchase. To be proactive, we highly recommend you prepare a market analysis of your own to compare your home to similar homes in the area that have sold in the last 6 months. What If My House Is Out Of Town?
If you choose a package with signs, there may be additional costs depending on how far away your property is.
