When you list your Property on Bella Casa’s website, you are advertising on a network of ever-growing real estate portals.  Your listing will receive the most exposure possible and will have the capability to reach more that 8 million users across the globe.

Bella Casa, Marketing Specialists will use the networking and marketing tools necessary to help you get your property rented.  A valuable part of our marketing plan is social networking. It’s a great tool to make connections and broaden awareness of your listed property.  In order to make the most of our social networking efforts, we begin first by planning and integrating it into our current marketing strategy.

Included but not limited in Bella Casa’s marketing plan are local community networking, professional ads on Craigslist, e-mail campaigns to our extensive client database, and blogs to over 160,000 local, national and international professionals.

Yard Signs

*Please check your local sign ordinances prior to placement of signs.

*All signs remain the property of Bella Casa and shall be returned to Bella Casa once the property is sold or the contract is terminated. 

For Sale Signs  Bella Casa has designed a For Sale sign that will appeal to your potential buyers using our brand recognition.  Our signs are the large style installed with a post providing maximum visibility.  Having a sign with a recognized name on it ensures that you don't miss any buyers who may just be driving by and are not able to take down your number. Your phone number, our website address and our local office number are listed on every sign.  All potential buyers are referred directly to you.  Optionally or additionally, if you either don't have the space or would prefer, we also have window signs available.  Bella Casa will be permitted to install a Just Sold sign for a minimum period of one week when the property has been officially sold.

Open House Signs & Tools You Can Use Kit  Bella Casa gives you the option to use our custom designed open house signs and open house tags during your listing period.  If you choose to hold open houses and use our professional signs, we will list your open house on our website and market it through our creative marketing plan.  Included in your open house package are (2) open house directional signs with (2) open house tags Sat 11-2 & Sun 1-4, 25 color flyers to pass out to your potential buyers, an attractive visitors sign in sheet, and (6) Bella Casa Red balloons. 

There is a one time rental fee for the open house signs and tags for the duration of your listing of $199.  This fee includes a one time Open House Tools You Can Use as stated above.  Just let us know by 6 pm the Tuesday before your scheduled open house.  All items are listed in a` la carte  to purchase separately as you need them.

Photos

Your listing packages include up to 25 photos FREE uploaded by you or your vendor from our website or through e-mail.

If you choose Bella Casa to provide photo services for you, our charge is $160.00.  This fee includes up to 1 hour of driving time, up to 25 pictures including a virtual tour slideshow, and uploading photos into our database for your listing. 

Driving Time - Please add an additional $25 for every hour of driving time from our office in New Hartford, New York.  The first hour is included in all services.

Renewal

Your listing is live on Bella Casa’s website for up to 1 year or until sold.  Any renewal after 1 year is charged a $69 Administration fee.
